Mr. Jones has over three decades of hands-on and management experience in Organizational Development, including the design and successful implementation of Succession Planning, complex training programs, organizational assessments and individual management development with our clients, and in large transit, IT, and aerospace, organizations. Additionally, he offers clients both theory and application covering a range of disciplines including training design, platform instruction, performance management, and core competency studies. He has effectively applied progressive developmental OD practices to an extensive employee range, from trainees to senior managers, including personal assessment and coaching. He is adept at working with OD clients inside organizations. Specifically, he has been responsible for the development and implementation of succession plans, leadership development and total quality programs that contributed to increased alignment of HR practices with organizational strategies.
With over two decades of work in succession planning, Mr. Jones has been a significant contributor enabling organizations to define, plan and implement programs for the development of future leaders. Concurrently, throughout his career he has consistently focused on leadership training from pre-supervisory to senior personnel. He has also developed and implemented a curriculum to support an organization’s total quality initiative, and he has successfully facilitated numerous teams applying problem solving techniques.
Mr. Jones also holds a multicultural certificate to teach Professional English to speakers of other languages. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in English and a Master's Degree in Human Resources Development and Organizational Development.
